What is the new venue?

Why has the event been moved?
The previous venue has informed us that owing to increasing coronavirus concerns on their players that they can no longer host an external event on the day of a game.

Can I still sit at the table(s) I booked?
Yes, we will have these exactly the same for those who have booked their party on to a table.

What are the new Covid safety measures? (Y Theatre entrance rules)
The Y Theatre have stated their COVID procedures will remain in place. To gain entry to the Theatre they will accept any of the following:

a) Email/text confirming a negative Lateral Flow Test taken within last 24 hours. You can find the nearest location to collect one of the FREE at home testing kits by visiting the following link: https://maps.test-and-trace.nhs.uk
b) A valid NHS Covid Pass. This can be used to prove your vaccination status or natural immunity. You are able to apply for this for free and more information is available here: NHS COVID Pass.
c) A valid NHS vaccine card showing double vaccination presented with photo ID.

In addition they state:
  • All staff are undertaking regular lateral flow testing, including before attending events.
  • All Front of House staff are continuing to wear Theatre branded face masks.
  • Regular cleaning of high contact points throughout the day.
  • Continued provision of hand sanitizer, including between customer orders at the bar. Protective screens at bar
  • They are a cashless venue to encourage minimal contact, please ensure you have a card available when ordering at the bar
